HealthSync Tech is a data management software company formed in a conglomerate that initially was set up to process large amounts of information for insurance, hospitals, speciality clinics, etc.
Problem
The problem they were facing was that they were using the forms set up by the insurance companies, which collect very generic and surface level information, to analyse and determine what level of healthcare individuals would need.
Pivot
Anima figured out a simple solution to this. Collecting data from medical treatment facilities regarding the specific ailments and requirements of individuals enabled HealthSync to correlate this to the analysis process. Better more specific analysis means tailor made, cost effective insurance solutions in mass numbers. Our advice was to first approach the medical treatment facilities within the network of the conglomerate.

The data management system that comes up with specific and cost efficient packages for each individual
meant that a lot of resources and money not spent in turn saved a lot of money by medical facilities. Moreover, insurance policies and packages have been amended to individuals who require the right care and coverage, which ensures lasting success.
