Enco Volga started off as a construction company based in Africa. After years of hard ethical battles with the regional government, they changed their operating model to a construction tender platform, that houses developing projects in the region.

Problem

Due to the regional run-arounds with policies and conduct of business trade, the construction developer tenders: projects initiated by the government, Enco Volga found it difficult to navigate this space without strong network connections to secure the tender.

Pivot

We came up with a simple and creative model, that bring the African project tenders to the world outside. Companies like Oracle, Google, Facebook, and other social developers look for impact opportunities/projects like this but find it difficult to get involved with projects based in Africa because of poor communication channels. Anima stepped in and enabled various dealings through connections that got Enco the necessary backing for legitimate channels.

Update

Enco Volga is now the leading platform to help get tenders and communications of central African development projects in the MENA and APAC regions, with aims cover the North American territory by 2024.
